If you do not make any changes during open enrollment, your member ID card will remain the same. However, if you are newly eligible, changing plans or networks you will receive a new member ID card.
If you have not received your member ID card, please call the Concierge at Phone: 1-855-878-4101 and select option 4 for the Health Concierge. They are open for you Monday – Friday, 8am – 6pm (PST).
